OUR SUPPLY CHAIN PROCESS
RAW MATERIALS + TEXTILES
We heavily research and partner with leading global textiles suppliers who offer ecological certifications in their own supply chain process. This includes regenerative farming practices, animal + farmer welfare and non-toxic processing of the raw materials into fabric.
Our sourcing guideline checklist includes:
- Certified organic natural fibers
- Certified recycled synthetic fibers
- Ecological standards for farming practices (sheep+ goat for wool, mulberry leaves, silk worms, eucalyptus trees for tencel, hemp for linen…)
- Social/ Ethical reports + standards for farmers and textile manufacturing producers
- Water + Waste management standards + practices
- Ecological standards for combing, spinning, weaving, dying, and other finishes applied in the process of making textile fabric
- Toxicity Reports and Standards + Non-Toxic Certifications

SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT + GARMENT MANUFACTURING
Our pattern making + sample development takes place locally in Berlin, Germany with The Good Garment Collection.
PACKAGING + DISTRIBUTION
We use bio-degradable packaging boxes, papers and compostable plant based plastics for necessary wrapping.
WEAR, CARE + LOVE
We encourage customers to wear, care and love their garments to have long lasting items. Best practices includes keeping your clothing out of direct sunlight to avoid fading, in a cool/ dry space and finding a near by ecological dry cleaner. Repair + Repurpose with a local tailor for necessary hem or wear and tear repair. If and when your garment reaches a point it is no longer wearable, we ask you recycle the clothing at a fabric level, so it may re-enter into a circular system.
